Kathleen Docherty

Kathleen Docherty is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Associate at Anderson Strathern since June 2024 and as a Tutor for the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde since January 2022. Previously, Kathleen held the positions of Senior Solicitor at Brodies LLP and Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP, and began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Addleshaw Goddard. Kathleen's extensive background includes work as a Real Estate Paralegal and in-house as a Paralegal with Glasgow Housing Association, in addition to various internships. Educated at the University of Glasgow, Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice, as well as a Diploma in Trust & Estates from STEP.
