Carolina Estrada is an experienced purchasing specialist at Andes Global Trading LLC since September 2018, previously serving as a commodity buyer at Fortis Foods International, L.P. from June 2012 to July 2018. At Fortis Foods, Carolina was responsible for negotiating pricing and ensuring quality for fresh and frozen meat products across The Americas. Carolina has also held various marketing roles, including Head of Marketing at Fortis Foods, where management of product development and international sales presentations contributed to business acquisitions in Latin America. Additional experience includes marketing and graphic design positions at several organizations, coupled with an M.B.A. in Global Business & Marketing from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Universidad Autonoma de Manizales.
