Fiona Han-Chang Chou

Fiona Chou is AVP of Finance Division at Andes. She is responsible for managing the company’s global finance organizations and human resources. She joined Andes in 2005 and was promoted to her current role in 2009. Prior to Andes, she served as Finance Manager of Gemstone Communications, Inc., a silicon provider for broadband network connectivity worldwide. Prior to Gemstone, she served as Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Taiwan. Fiona received a BS degree in Accounting from Fu Jen Catholic University.
