Debashree Roy is a highly experienced research scientist currently working at Riddet Institute, where responsibilities include designing dairy and non-dairy matrix-based projects, developing novel technologies for nutritionally superior future foods, and mentoring students and technologists. Debashree holds four patents and has contributed to organizing and judging various scientific forums and conferences. Currently, Debashree also serves as a cofounder and Agricultural Material Specialist at ANDFOODS, focusing on agricultural practices and food functionality.
