Leon Clement is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the food and consulting industries. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Tasman Bay Food Co. and Nui Markets, as well as Chair of ANDFOODS, Raglan Food Co, and Daisy Lab, Leon has demonstrated strong governance capabilities. Previously, Leon held significant executive roles, including CEO of Synlait Milk Limited and various Managing Director positions at Fonterra, where responsibilities spanned multiple regions and functions. Prior to Fonterra, Leon was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, primarily focused on change management, strategy, and operations in the healthcare sector. Leon holds a Masters in Engineering (Management) from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from The University of Auckland.
