Kim Smyth currently serves as GM Investment at ANDHealth, leading the Non-Dilutive Investment team to advance evidence-based digital health technologies in Australia. Previously, Kim held the role of Head of Digital and Data Transformation at Novartis, where significant revenue uplift and operational savings were achieved through omnichannel strategies. As the Founder of Percipient Consulting, Kim facilitated innovation acceleration for life science companies. At AstraZeneca, Kim pioneered digital innovations, including a patient support program exceeding $5 million in value. Additional experience includes directorial positions at Deloitte Australia and The Body Shop International, along with strategic roles in various consulting firms. Kim holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BASc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
