Bruce Mac Master

Bruce Mac Master is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and social development in Colombia. Currently serving as Presidente of ANDI - Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia since November 2013, Mac Master has previously held significant roles, including Director of the Departamento para la Prosperidad Social, where efforts focused on social inclusion and reconciliation for vulnerable populations. Mac Master also served as Alcalde encargado of Cartagena in 2012 and as Viceministro General at the Ministerio de Hacienda, managing legislative processes and public-private relationships. Prior to these roles, Mac Master was President of the Junta Directiva at Fundación Pies Descalzos, overseeing social responsibility initiatives, and Director at Innverlink S.A., managing infrastructure and telecommunications projects. Bruce Mac Master holds a degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes, obtained from 1981 to 1985.
