Lavonna Willis

LaVonna Willis has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and technology acquisition. LaVonna started their career at Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU as a Recreation Therapy Technician from February 2016 to September 2017. LaVonna then moved on to Apex Systems, where they worked as a Recruiter from September 2017 to October 2021. During their time at Apex Systems, they gained experience in full life cycle recruitment and placement of technology executives and professionals. In November 2021, they joined Northwestern Mutual as a Technology Acquisition Specialist, where they stayed until September 2022. At Northwestern Mutual, they focused on acquiring technology talent. LaVonna's most recent work experience includes working as an Information Technology Recruiter at Andiamo Partners since October 2021. At Andiamo Partners, they are responsible for recruiting technology professionals in various areas, including software development, data science, and cloud computing. Additionally, they recently joined Walmart Global Tech as a Recruiter Early Careers | Global Technology in October 2022.
