The Human Resources and Recruitment team at Andiamo Partners is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing top IT talent for client organizations. The team, led by the Vice President Of Executive Search, includes a Senior Associate, Human Resources Analyst, and a Recruitment Manager, who collectively manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, candidate assessments, and employee onboarding.
