Ashley Castro

Ashley (Tom) Castro is a seasoned professional in merchandising with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Director of Merchandising at Andie since April 2024, Ashley has held key roles such as Director of Global Merchandising at Sunrise Brands and Senior Director of Global Merchandising at RE/DONE. Previous positions include consulting roles at aeyde GmbH and CORDOVA, as well as significant tenures at rag & bone, where Ashley advanced from Global Merchandising Manager to Director of Global Merchandising + Buying. Earlier career experiences include account management at Jimlar, assistant production management at Kenneth Cole Productions, and various production roles at Dolce Vita. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of San Diego.
