Matt Shilling

Matt Shilling has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Matt is currently working at Andis Company as the Chief Human Resources Officer, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Andis Company from May 2019 to February 2021.

Before joining Andis Company, Matt held various positions at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc., starting in 2012. Matt served as the Director of HR Business Partnerships from June 2018 to May 2019, Director of HR Operations from December 2015 to June 2018, Manager of HR Compliance & Operations from December 2013 to December 2015, and Human Resources Program Manager from March 2012 to December 2013.

Matt's earlier work experience includes roles at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, where they worked from January 2008 to September 2010. Matt served as a Manager in the Human Capital Services Team from July 2011 to March 2012, a Senior Consultant from July 2010 to July 2011, and a Consultant from January 2008 to September 2010.

Matt Shilling has a background in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources. Matt attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they pursued a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Additionally, they studied International Business at Murdoch University in Perth, Australia. Later, they completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In terms of certifications, Matt has obtained a Change Management Certification from Prosci, as well as certifications in PHR from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and SHRM - CP from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
