Sam Squires

Sam Squires has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Blog Contributor at Mocha Publishing since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Brand Representative for Andis Company from May 2021. Sam also served as a Brand Representative for Osaka Scissors from March 2019. Before their brand representative roles, Sam was the Director at Backbone Barbershop Group Pty Lyd from August 2018.

In 2017, Sam worked as a Barber/Manager at Edwards and co Barber from March to August. Prior to that, they were a Barber/Manager at Alfreds Apartment Barber from January to March. Additionally, they gained experience as a Barber at KEEP THE FAITH BARBERSHOP in November and December 2016, and at All or Nothing Barbershop from September to November 2016.

Sam has also worked as a Freelance Marketing Consultant, specializing in digital marketing for small to medium businesses, from February 2015 to September 2016. Sam provided a range of services such as graphic design, web design, social media management, copywriting, and content production.

Before their freelance work, Sam served as a Group Marketing & PR Coordinator at Wernick Group Limited from February to November 2013. In this role, they supported the marketing manager in carrying out marketing activities for multiple companies within the Wernick Group, including content writing, social media strategy, and media communication.

Sam Squires' education history includes completing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business excellence with Marketing from the University of South Wales from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, Sam attended Swansea College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Btec NatDip degree in Business and Finance. Sam's earlier education took place at Cefn Hengoed Community School from 2002 to 2007, where they attained their GCSEs with grades ranging from A* to C.

In addition to their formal education, Sam has also obtained additional certifications. In October 2012, they acquired the "Entrepreneurship Skills" certification from Agored Cymru. In August 2012, Sam obtained the "Celebrating New Entrepreneurs" certification from Glamorgan University.
