Joe Cabral is a seasoned professional in information services and managed services, currently serving as the Digital & Change Lead and Head of Information Services at Andium Homes since February 2021. Previously, Joe held multiple leadership roles at C5 Alliance Group Limited from July 2012 to January 2021, including Head of Managed Services and Head of Service Desk and Operations, where responsibilities encompassed operational strategy development, service operations management, and overseeing teams across Jersey and Guernsey. Earlier in the career, Joe worked as a Managed Service Operations Team Leader at Itex from November 2006 to July 2013, focusing on service delivery and operational management.
