Arturo began their career as the Director of Business Development for Baby Mart/Baby World, where they were responsible for creating a strategy and business plan for the Houston area. Arturo then moved on to become the General Manager of Ninfa's Post Oak, where they increased sales by 45%, lowered labor by 4%, food cost by 27%, and bar cost by 5%, and increased profits by 24%. In 2002, they founded, became President and CEO of Columns Design, Inc., providing architectural natural stone products. Arturo then moved on to become the Corporate Account Specialist for Asbury Automotive Group, where they became the top gross sales person in the first month on a team of 17. Arturo P. then became the Director of Business Development for Minerals Montana Mining, where they negotiated and closed a sale between Oil and Gas refinery and Trade Commodities Company in the amount of 166 Billion dollars. Arturo then moved on to become the Director of Business Development for Water Lens, LLC, before becoming the Director of Sales & Business Development for Texas Energy Resources. Here, they secured a tank farm in Rotterdam, closed a sale of 13 billion dollars for a company in Houston, and became one of the first exporters ever of biodiesel to Mexico. In 2021, they joined ASAP RESOURCES LLC as Sales & Business Development, and in 2023 they began their current role as Business Development Specialist for Andium.

Arturo P. received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the Ecclesiastical Institute of Higher Studies.
