Technical Support And QA Team Lead at Andium

Kyle McGee has worked in the IT and QA field since 2017. In that time, they have held various roles at different companies. From 2017 to 2019, Kyle worked as a QA Test Lead and Software Analyst at Digital Dream Forge QA. Kyle then worked as a Contract Quality Assurance worker from 2019 to 2020, and was in charge of JIRA board management, test plan creation and execution, and defect reporting. In 2021, Kyle worked at Relatient as a Technical Support Representative, Tier 2 Technical Support Representative, and Tier 3 Technical Support Representative. Kyle was then hired by Greenline Pet as a Customer Experience/Quality Assurance Specialist, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the commute became too much and they parted ways. Lastly, Kyle is currently working at Andium as a Technical Support/QA Representative III, where they are helping to streamline the QA/Technical Support process and assist in developing technology to help work towards Net-Zero Emission Goals.

Kyle McGee attended Tennessee Technological University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications. In 2020, they obtained a Partner Certification from Mixpanel.
