Patrick Mavric Bhrm

Patrick Mavric BHRM, CHRL has over 12 years of experience in human resources. Patrick is currently the Head of Human Resources at Andlauer Healthcare Group, a position they have held since April 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Accuristix for seven years as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for strategic HR planning and building relationships with team members to drive motivation and engagement. Before joining Accuristix, Patrick worked as an HR Generalist at Trusted Retail Solutions, where they focused on recruitment, retention, and HR administrative duties. Patrick also gained experience in the field as an HR Coordinator and Operations Supervisor at NLS, where they managed the variable labor force and supervised multiple accounts. Overall, Patrick has a proven track record of delivering effective HR strategies and fostering successful partnerships within organizations.

Patrick Mavric completed their Bachelors of Human Resource Management (BHRM) degree at York University from 2009 to 2015. Before that, they attended Humber College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Certificate in HR Management with honors. In addition to their formal education, Patrick has obtained several certifications, including the Foundations of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn, the Canadian Benefits Certificate Program from HRPA, and the Workplace Investigations Training and Certificate Program from HRPA/Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP. Patrick is also a member of HRPA and holds a CHRL designation.
