Susan Kennedy

Susan Kennedy is the Head of Human Resources at STUDIOCANAL UK since January 2020, where responsibilities include strategic HR support, recruitment, training and development, organizational development, change management, coaching, talent management, and generalist HR functions. Prior to this role, Susan worked as an Independent Human Resources Consultant for various media companies from 2010 to May 2020, providing strategic HR and DE&I support. Additionally, Susan served as an HR Consultant at The Picture Production Company from 2013 to 2017, offering HR support to a small creative agency, and held the position of HR & Training Consultant for various digital and entertainment companies between 2010 and 2017. Susan holds an MSc in Psychology from the University of Greenwich and a CIPD certification in Human Resources and Training from St Dominics, Harrow on the Hill.
