Christine Steele, SHRM-CP, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christine currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at ANDMORE, where they oversee operations and facilitates connections between wholesale buyers and sellers. Prior to this role, Christine worked at HMSHost for a significant period. Their roles at HMSHost included Field Human Resources Manager, where they managed various HR functions and participated in the grievance process, and Human Resources Generalist, where they handled workers' compensation, FMLA, and ADA administration. Christine also worked at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas as a Personnel Analyst, where they reconciled retirement and health insurance accounts. Earlier in their career, they had a payroll specialist position at HMSHost, responsible for processing payroll and managing HRIS reporting. Additionally, they gained experience in accounting roles at HMSHost, where they handled accounts receivables, reconciliations, auditing, and cash management.

Christine Steele, SHRM-CP, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, which they completed in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Business degree from the College of Southern Nevada in 2002.

In terms of certifications, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2022. In 2015, they also earned the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Leading Remote Projects and Virtual Teams" from LinkedIn in March 2021.

Christine is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Association for Talent Development (ATD) - Greater Las Vegas Chapter, the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the Southern Nevada SHRM (SNVSHRM) Chapter.
