Josh Reid has a diverse work experience. Josh started their career as a Tutor at the University of Waikato in 2012 and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they joined IAG as an Assistant Actuarial Data Analyst and stayed until 2016. Josh then worked as a Data Analyst at the Waikato District Health Board from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are at Ando Insurance, where they have held multiple roles. Josh started as a Portfolio and Pricing Analyst in 2018, then became a Pricing Manager from 2020 to 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Head of Pricing and Analytics. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Data and Business Intelligence.
From 2010 to 2014, Josh Reid attended The University of Waikato where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Statistics.
