Matthew Williams

Matthew Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Matthew currently holds the position of Head of Claims Systems and Strategy at Ando Insurance, where they have been working since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Gradient Adoption Lead at Ando Insurance from March 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Ando Insurance, Matthew worked as a Business Consultant at MACKS Consulting from March 2022. Matthew also held various executive management roles at Suncorp New Zealand, including Executive Manager Specialty, Executive Manager Claims Services, Executive Manager Claims Risk and Performance, and Executive Manager Claims Assessment. Matthew'stenure at Suncorp New Zealand began in March 2014 and ended in January 2022.

Matthew's earlier experiences include working as a Voice/Call Centre Consultant at IAG from August 2013 to March 2014, and as the General Manager Transformation Projects at Telstra from June 2012 to July 2013. Matthew also served as the Vice President Operations - Australia New Zealand at Sitel, where they managed the Philippines business unit serving clients within the Australia New Zealand region. Matthew's time at Sitel spanned from July 2010 to June 2012.

Matthew's career began at Telecom New Zealand, where they worked as a Service Delivery Manager from August 2003 to August 2005.

Matthew Williams attended The University of Auckland from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Matthew'sprimary areas of study were Marketing and Commercial Law.
