Varun Balaji

Varun Balaji has a diverse range of work experience. Varun worked as a Program Manager at Andor Health starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked at the New Jersey Innovation Institute from 2018 to 2020, where they served as an Operations Associate and later as a Project Assistant. During their time there, they collaborated with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, onboarded clients onto a program, and analyzed data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Before that, they interned at Honda Cars India Ltd in 2017, where they worked on the development and implementation of new technologies and methodologies to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Varun also interned at Sundaram Clayton Limited in 2015, where they were part of a task force responsible for engineering and reengineering projects. Overall, Varun has gained experience in program management, operations improvement, data analysis, and project implementation.

Varun Balaji began their education at Dubai Modern High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2002 to 2012. Varun then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, Varun obtained a Masters Diploma in Product Design and Analysis from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. Varun then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, completing it in 2019.
