Chief Operating Officer at Andovar

Frances Chang, PMP, currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at Andovar, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the VP of Operations at Andovar from February 2021. From September 2019 to January 2021, Frances served as the Operations Program Manager at Andovar. Before joining Andovar, Frances worked at STAR Group as a Business Project Manager from July 2017 to August 2019. Prior to STAR Group, they held various roles at Foxconn, including Cost Manager from September 2013 to May 2015, Corporate Financial Analyst from May 2012 to September 2013, and Project Management Coordinator from January 2010 to May 2012. Frances Chang, PMP, holds a Master's degree in Translation (Chinese-English-Russian) from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, which was obtained from 2015 to 2017. Frances also has a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Warsaw, completed from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Frances completed a Polish Language Course in Polish Language and Literature at the University of Lodz from 2006 to 2007. Frances started their educational journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Language and Literature from National Chengchi University, graduating in 2006.

Frances has also achieved professional certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2021. Furthermore, they have obtained the ТРКИ-II/B2 (Test of Russian as a Foreign Language, TORFL) certification from Saint Petersburg State University in 2019.
