Nicole Kieser

Nicole Kieser is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, media relations, and crisis management. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and Records Access Officer for Andover Public Schools, Nicole advises senior administrators and oversees various digital content and branding efforts. In addition, Nicole provides media training as a coach at Athena Strategies and has held leadership roles such as Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Gloucester and Vice President for News Operations at Regan Communications Group. With a successful background in journalism and public relations, including significant positions at WFXT Boston 25 News and NBC Boston Stations, Nicole has a proven track record of enhancing communications and managing complex projects across various sectors. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications/TV News Production from Emerson College and a Certificate in Broadcasting from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
