Oscar Pozos Alvarado

Oscar Pozos Alvarado has extensive experience in strategic project leadership and process management, currently serving in a strategic projects role at ANDRE BADI since June 2008. Key responsibilities include overseeing software implementation and process improvement initiatives, as well as leading a functional and development team. As a former Process Manager, Oscar successfully enhanced the Point of Sale system, resulting in a 95% improvement in customer service and an 18% increase in sales. Previous positions at SINTEC, Concretos Cruz Azul, BEARINGPOINT, and MAPFRE Tepeyac contributed to a solid foundation in production planning and SAP implementation. Oscar holds a Master's degree from IPADE Business School and advanced degrees from Universidad Panamericana in production management and industrial engineering.
