Bobby Groves has a diverse work experience in the oyster industry. Bobby started in 2000 as an Assistant Manager at Blackwater Trading Ltd. In 2006, they became an Oyster Farmer at Maldon Oyster Company Ltd., where they worked in various aspects of the oyster fishery. Bobby also owned their own oyster business called Bobby's Oysters. In 2014, they worked as an Oyster Shucker at Richard Haward Oysters. Since 2015, they have been the Head of Oysters at André Balazs Properties, where they run the oyster program for Chiltern FireHouse in London.
Bobby Groves began their education at Westcliff High School for Boys from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained their GCSE qualification. Following this, they attended Sunny View High in Torremolinos, Spain, from 2003 to 2005.
