Angela Strange

General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz

Angela Strange is the current General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. Prior to that, they were with Google for 4 years as a Product Manager. Angela started their career at Ruba.com where they were the Director of Product Management and Business Development.

Angela has always had a passion for travel. This led their to found Ruba.com in 2008, a visual travel guide & tour review site that helps travelers from around the world discover their next perfect trip. As Director of Product Management and Business Development, Angela was responsible for co-defining the product vision, developing product requirements, and communicating requirements to the engineering team.

In 2010, Google acquired Ruba.com. Angela then became a Product Manager for Chrome Mobile. Together with an awesome team, they defined the vision/feature set for Mobile Chrome and launched Chrome for Android & Chrome for iOS. Angela continued to PM both products until they left Google in 2014.

They work with Martin Casado - General Partner, Kristina Graci-deLuna - Talent Partner, and Craig Naylor - Head of Talent, Crypto. Their manager is Scott Kupor, Managing Partner.
