Claudia Picanço, CPCC, is an accomplished HR professional and leadership coach with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner in HR at Andreessen Horowitz, Claudia focuses on a16z Crypto since June 2022. Concurrently, Claudia operates as an HR Consultant and Leadership Coach at CLP Consulting since March 2015, providing coaching services to individuals at all professional levels. Past roles include Leadership Coach at BetterUp, Sr. Manager of HR Business Partner at Contentful, and Sr. HR Business Partner at Pixar Animation Studios and Square.
