Craig Naylor

Craig Naylor is the current head of talent at Crypto, a subsidiary of Andreessen Horowitz. Craig has experience working as a technical recruiter for companies such as Facebook, CloudKitchens, and Uber. Prior to their career in recruiting, Craig worked as a market research analyst for Cox Media Group Ohio.

Craig Naylor began their educational career by attending Bishop Fenwick High School. Craig then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, with a focus in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and Marketing (Sales Emphasis).

They work with Michele Korver - Head of Regulatory, Marc Andreessen - General Partner & co-Founder, and David Ulevitch - General Partner. Craig Naylor reports to Scott Kupor, Managing Partner.
