Garrett Biel

Garrett Biel is a Talent Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, focusing on the Enterprise and American Dynamism verticals since May 2017. Prior to this role, Garrett served as a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager at RockIT Recruiting from August 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities included partnering with Bay Area companies to build engineering teams and collaborating with leading venture capitalists. Garrett began a career in recruitment as a Technical Recruiter at Jobspring Partners for a brief period in early 2014, specializing in placing Ruby on Rails Developers, Frontend Developers, and UI/UX Designers. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University, earned in 2013, with a concentration in Marketing and a double minor in Communications Management and Entrepreneurship, along with a high school diploma from De La Salle High School in 2009.
