Ankita Jain

Ankita Jain currently serves as the APAC Talent Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where responsibilities include designing and delivering talent management and diversity initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as HRBP and Talent Manager for corporate functions at Goodyear in India and as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte India, focusing on learning strategies and project management for internal and external clients. Additionally, Ankita worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Lava International Limited, acting as an HRBP for various corporate functions. Early experience includes an internship at Tata Power, where project work involved training and development processes. Ankita holds an MBA in Human Resources from Jaypee Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, with further studies in advancing diversity and inclusion at INSEAD scheduled for completion in June 2024.
