Jessica Keeler

Jessica Keeler is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since May 2021, Jessica leads recruitment for both the Investor Relations team and various funds, including Venture, Games, Growth & Seed. Previously, Jessica held the position of Vice President of People at Productboard, where responsibilities included navigating hyper growth during the pandemic. Additional experience includes senior roles at D2iQ, GoodData, Grammarly, Enkata, and experience in legal recruiting coordination at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and King & Spalding LLP. Jessica began a career in recruiting at Sutherland and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Georgia State University.
