Kristina Graci-deLuna

Kristina Graci-deLuna has extensive experience in the field of human resources and recruiting. Kristina began their career at Oracle Corporation in 1992, where they served as the University Recruiting Manager for six years. In 1998, they joined The Gymboree Corporation as the Director of Staffing & Recruitment before transitioning to Escalate in 2000, where they worked as a Recruiting Manager until 2002. Kristina returned to The Gymboree Corporation in 2002 and held the position of Sr. Director of Global Staffing & HR until 2013. From 2014 to 2014, Kristina worked at The Gymboree Corporation as a Consultant in Staffing & HR. In 2015, they joined Andreessen Horowitz as the Head of Internal Recruiting & HR Talent Partners' Network.
