Maggie Hsu

Maggie Hsu is a Partner at a16z crypto, where Maggie leads Business Development and Go-To-Market initiatives for the Crypto/Web3 fund since January 2021. In addition, Maggie is a member of the Young Leaders Circle at the Milken Institute and serves on the Advisory Board of the Global Wellness Summit, both roles started in 2023 and 2021 respectively. Prior to a16z, Maggie worked at Amazon Web Services from January 2019 to January 2021, focusing on Global Business Development for Amazon Managed Blockchain and facilitating strategic alliances within the blockchain space. Earlier, from January 2018 to January 2019, Maggie was involved in Business Development at Fluidity, a technology partner in real-world asset tokenization. Maggie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard University.
