Maggie Romero

Maggie Romero currently serves as the COO and Operating Partner for Bio + Health at Andreessen Horowitz, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Maggie was COO for the Client and Capital Formation Group at TPG from 2017 to 2022, as well as held roles in TPG Growth and The Rise Fund. Maggie's earlier experience includes serving as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company from 2010 to 2017. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an M.Ed. from Stanford Graduate School of Education, and a BBA in Finance and Business Honors from Texas McCombs School of Business.
