Marina Kusserow

Marina Kusserow is a BD Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, one of the top venture capital firms in the world. Prior to joining Andreessen Horowitz, Marina was the Strategic Growth lead at Unite Us, a healthcare technology company that connects patients with social services. Marina has also worked as a Senior Manager at Walmart, where they led business strategy for the health and wellness division.

Marina began their career as an Associate at Oxeon Partners, a healthcare technology and services focused executive search firm. During their time at Oxeon, Marina worked with some of the most innovative healthcare companies in the world, including Evolent Health, Pager, The Advisory Board Company, athenahealth, and Iora Health.

Marina is a highly respected leader in the healthcare industry and is known for their ability to drive transformational change within organizations. Marina is passionate about improving access to quality healthcare for all and is an advocate for making the healthcare system more sustainable.

Marina Kusserow earned their Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management and their Bachelor's degree from New York University. Marina also attended the University of Colorado Boulder.

Marina Kusserow reports to Scott Kupor, Managing Partner. They are on a team with Alex Rampell - General Partner, Kristina Graci-deLuna - Talent Partner, and Chris Lyons - General Partner.
