Matt Bornstein

Matt Bornstein serves as a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since May 2019, focusing on investments in artificial intelligence and infrastructure, with notable companies including Cursor, Udio, Replicate, Mistral, and Tabular. Prior to this, Matt was a Principal at Blumberg Capital from 2013 to 2019 and worked briefly in Biz Ops at LinkedIn in 2012. Matt's early career included roles as a Consultant at Monitor Deloitte from 2007 to 2011, Co-founder and CTO of Dormsnacks, a delivery service for dorm goods, and Founder of Smarter Feedback, a SaaS platform for HR performance management, serving clients like the NFL and Boston Scientific. Matt holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Sc.B. in Mathematics from Brown University.
