Sunita Rao

Sunita Rao currently serves in Early Stage Venture at Andreessen Horowitz, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sunita was Vice President of Platform at Citi Ventures from May 2023 to June 2024. Sunita's experience also includes serving as Director of Platform at HQ Digital, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group, working with top crypto, blockchain, and DeFi entrepreneurs and investors from May 2021 to May 2023. From 2020 to May 2021, Sunita held dual titles as Head of Platform and Head of Community at Envision Accelerator, focusing on supporting underrepresented founders through workshops and mentorship. Sunita's earlier career involved roles as an Associate and Analyst at the United Nations Foundation from January 2017 to December 2019. Sunita holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
