Benedikt Westrick

Benedikt Westrick has over 20 years of professional experience in business, finance, and consulting. In 2001, they began their career at Bain & Company as an Associate. In 2002, they moved to Ducati Motor Holding as an Export Sales & Business Development Manager. In 2005, they were appointed as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Maserati. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Arthur D. Little as a Senior Consultant. In 2014, they joined Rosemark Capital as a Partner. In 2020, they co-founded Kindly Light. Currently, they are the Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Andrena.

Benedikt Westrick holds an MBA from Alma Graduate School at Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, which they obtained in 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from Solent University in 2000, where they studied Naval Engineering & Yacht Design.
