Gaurav Dwivedi is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and event management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Business Officer at CERF Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since May 2025, Gaurav also operates as a Business Owner at Shubharambh Banquet since January 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Operator Relations and Government Business at Pinnacle Teleservices Pvt Ltd from December 2021 to April 2025, and a series of progressively responsible positions at Sinch India from November 2007 to December 2021, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President - Carrier Relations.
