Jorge Lorenzo

Jorge Lorenzo has a diverse work experience in the entertainment and hospitality industry. Jorge started their career in 1997 as a Service Manager at Cozymel's Mexican Grill, where they managed and motivated bar staff and maintained liquor costs. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as an Assistant General Manager at Main Event Entertainment, where they were responsible for opening new centers and writing training materials. Jorge then joined Chuy's Restaurants as an Assistant Manager, where they successfully managed retail sales and won promotional contests. In 2015, they joined Dave & Buster's Inc. as a Manager, overseeing daily operations. From 2019 to 2021, Jorge served as the Director of Fun at Strike + Reel Entertainment, and currently, they are the FEC Operations Leader at Andretti Indoor Karting and Games.
