Jon Croft

Jonathan Croft is a paralegal at Andrew Jackson Solicitors LLP, with experience dating back to April 2017 when serving as a legal assistant at the same firm. In the current role since April 2018, Jonathan has been instrumental in providing support to fee earners, particularly in matters of due diligence for high-value transactions, including the sale of a company valued at £152 million. Responsibilities have included reviewing deeds for 280 commercial properties and compiling detailed schedules based on leases, licenses to assign, and deeds of variation. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Newcastle University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
