Michelle Blom

Michelle Blom currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Engagement at Andrew Peller Limited, having transitioned from a role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to this position, Michelle held multiple roles at Softchoice, including Talent Advisor for Campus & Territory Sales, and was instrumental in developing co-op programs for students. At Starbucks, a significant tenure spanned over a decade, where Michelle progressed through various positions in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, culminating in the role of National Recruitment Coordinator.
