Aaron Nelson has over 20 years of experience in engineering and product development. Aaron began their career in 1997 as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Allied Systems Company, where they worked on a new product line of mobile forestry equipment. In 2001, they joined Xerox as a Supplier Quality Engineer, and was later promoted to Engineering Manager/Program Manager and Mechanical Design Engineer. In 2012, they began working at HP as a Mechanical Design Engineer, and in 2016 they moved to Blount International, Inc. as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer. In 2018, they joined Andrews-Cooper as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.

Aaron Nelson obtained a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis between 1994 and 1996. Aaron also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Lewis & Clark College between 1991 and 1996.
