Jim LeBaron, PMP, has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and product development space. Jim began their career in 1994 as an Estimator at Landry's Commercial Floor Coverings. In 1996, they joined Synetics Solutions, Inc. a Yaskawa Company as a Technology Liason and Mechanical/Electrical Engineer. In 2002, they moved to Brooks Automation as a System Engineer and Project Manager. In 2011, they became a Project Manager at Celestica, and in 2015 they took on the role of Senior Project Manager at Andrews-Cooper Technology, Inc. In these roles, Jim has been responsible for project and program management, client communication, technical leadership, proposal authorship, and leading all projects for key customers. Jim has also worked with customers and project managers to design electrical and control systems for new products, performed product testing for design verification, and provided technical feedback on designs. Additionally, they have provided on-site testing and consulting for customers, and worked on bidding proposals for commercial construction projects.

Jim LeBaron, PMP, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Buffalo State College in 1993. In 2010, they completed a Certificate Degree in Project Management Cohort Fall 2010 from Portland State University - School of Business. In 2016, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2019, they obtained their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
