Jayson Briggs

Jayson Briggs, MBA, has a diverse background in human resources, analytics, and technology, currently serving as the HRIS Manager and HRIS Workday Analyst at Andrews Distributing since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Santander Consumer USA as an Associate in Business Intelligence & Reporting, where responsibilities involved analyzing HR data to support strategic initiatives, and as an HR Data and Reporting Analyst at Mary Kay Global, focusing on providing Human Capital analytics for data-driven decision-making. Prior to these positions, Jayson held internships at the George W. Bush Institute and gained hands-on experience as a Turbofan Jet Engine Mechanic at Dallas Airmotive, as well as serving in the US Army as an Apache Helicopter Crew Chief, supervising and performing maintenance on aircraft. Jayson earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in 2022 and a degree in Management Science from the same institution in 2016.
