Terri Penman

Terri Penman is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Andrews Distributing since January 2019, previous roles include HR Manager at North Texas Job Corps from November 2012 to January 2019, and Human Resources Manager at Wilson Administrative Services. Terri began a career in human resources as a Sr. Human Resources Consultant for Baylor Health Care System, supporting multiple hospitals and clinics, and served as an HR Consultant for Blockbuster Distribution, where initiatives led to improved policy consistency.
