Elaine Howard

Elaine Howard is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in litigation, currently serving as a Shareholder and Senior Counsel at Andrews Myers, P.C. since August 2015. In this role, Elaine partners with clients to define and reassess litigation goals while providing strategic guidance during disputes, particularly at the pre-litigation stage. Prior to this, Elaine practiced at Jackson Walker LLP from January 1998 to August 2015, focusing on commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and employment law. Elaine began the legal career at Mayer, Brown & Platt as an associate in the commercial litigation section from September 1994 to December 1997. Elaine earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Political Science, and Managerial Studies from Rice University.
