The core business is to produce a complete range of innovative, great tasting gluten free pastas made from a variety of naturally gluten free ingredients such as: Corn, Brown Rice, Rice, Buckwheat, Quinoa, Amaranth, Lentils, Green Peas and more. We have a Pasta Factory and a Mill dedicated exclusively to gluten-free food production. We serve more than 20 nations.
Our best markets are: US, Canada, France, UK, Italy and Scandinavia. Thanks to the most advanced technological processes, our pastas meet the different tastes of the modern consumer.
