Rafael Collar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of automation, electrical, and instrumentation engineering. Since February 2011, Rafael has held various roles at ANDRITZ, including Process Control Specialist and Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer, contributing to significant projects such as the start-up of plastic and pulp mills. Prior to ANDRITZ, Rafael was a New Product Development Specialist at NHS Sistemas Eletrônicos Ltda, focusing on microcontroller programming and inverter control systems. Rafael also gained research experience as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at UTFPR, where the focus was on improving quality and energy efficiency through innovative hardware and software developments. Rafael holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Paraná.
