Jennifer Akoma

Jennifer Akoma, SPHR has over 23 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Jennifer currently serves as the Head of People and Stewardship at Android Industries, where they have been working since 2017. Prior to this role, Jennifer held positions at Airfoil Group as Vice President, overseeing HR operations for a marketing communications firm, and at New World Systems as a Human Resources Coordinator. Jennifer began their career at Staffing Services of Michigan Ltd. as a Placement Specialist. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, and strategic planning.
